meet anna

Anna is the founder of Invoke Wellness and is a dedicated transformation and change leader. She has a a black belt in Lean Six Sigma, certified in Procsi Change Management and TRTP Therapy and has a passion for the psychology of change. She is known as a warm and radiant person that creates a safe and comfortable environment for clients helping them uncover underlying limiting beliefs and values. Her love and compassion for her clients is remarkably striking. She works with individuals, groups and businesses, local and international to discover insights into how they can realise opportunities for improvement and effect lasting change.

We customise sessions according to the needs of each individual. The number of sessions vary, but most clients will find 3 to 4 sessions is all they require to “Get their Life Back” and these can be face to face or via Zoom.

MEET ANNA

Erica (she/her) is a provisional psychologist who is passionate about exploring best practice psychological interventions to help others live to their fullest potential. Her expertise includes a people centered approach to mental health, mentoring young people and children. She has completed her Masters in Professional Psychology at La Trobe University and has previous experience working with the Department of Education. She enjoys working with children and young people, as well as adults on issues related to stress, anxiety, depression, trauma and adjustment.
